They Took Our Jobs is a paid-advertising leaderboard. It is not an independent ranking, review, contest, investment, wager, or promise of traffic.
Operator
The service is operated by its disclosed U.S. sole proprietor, doing business as They Took Our Jobs. The legal owner name will be populated before payments are enabled. The trade name and statement descriptor will not be used for enabled payments until any required registration is complete.
What the service sells
Customers buy a one-time USD advertising-placement effect for a claimed AI-software listing. Fuel increases a listing's ranking weight. A verified strike decreases a competitor listing's weight. The actual charge and effect are the same amount, from $1.00 to $5,000.00 per purchase.
Every ranked listing is labeled paid advertising. Placement begins only after a signed processor notification confirms payment. Each delivered contribution decays continuously on a 14-day half-life.
Claims and verified strikes
An unclaimed roster entry is alphabetical, inert, and not a ranked advertisement. Claims are free and operator-reviewed. Approval binds one work email to one listing. Email control must be verified before the listing may initiate a strike.
Every strike is publicly attributed to the verified claimed listing responsible. Anonymous strikes and user-written attack messages are prohibited. A claimant may not strike its own listing. Fuel sponsors are not publicly displayed.
No promised outcome
No purchase guarantees visitors, clicks, leads, revenue, employment effects, a particular rank duration, or any business outcome. There are no prizes, drawings, wagering, cash value, transferable balances, third-party payouts, subscriptions, or off-session charges.
Payment and consent
Checkout displays the price before redirecting to the payment processor. By checking the acceptance box and completing checkout, the customer accepts these Terms and the Refund & Delivery Policy. Cardholder and statutory rights are not waived.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate a representative, misuse another listing, evade rate limits, interfere with the service, submit unlawful material, or use payment activity for harassment or fraud. We may reject or remove claims and effects when required for safety, processor rules, law, or listing eligibility. A paid effect rejected before delivery is refunded.
Removal and public history
A company or product may request free removal. Removed listings disappear from current board and roster references. Public historical logs show “Removed listing”; internal accounting records are retained as needed for refunds, disputes, security, tax, and legal obligations.
Refunds and disputes
Duplicate charges and paid effects not delivered are refundable. Completed effects are otherwise final, subject to the Refund & Delivery Policy and without limiting chargeback, cardholder, or legal rights. Refunds and disputes reverse the corresponding effect proportionally; funds reinstated by the processor restore only the previously disputed portion.
Changes and availability
We may suspend payment capabilities, claims, or the site. Material policy changes receive a new version and effective date. A purchase remains governed by the version accepted at checkout.
