Free listing removal
Send the listing name and URL you want removed. Removal is free. We may ask for enough information to prevent a malicious third party from removing someone else's listing, but payment is never required. Removed entries disappear from current public board and roster references; history displays “Removed listing.”
Claim or attribution dispute
Include the listing name, your role, and a work address where control can be verified. Do not send passwords or magic links. Sessions for a transferred or removed claim are revoked.
Payment support
Include the checkout date, USD amount, listing, and non-sensitive checkout reference. Never email full card details, bank credentials, an SSN, password, API secret, or government document.
Abuse and legal notices
Describe the issue and include the affected page or listing. We review impersonation, harassment, fraud, trademark, privacy, and safety reports. This email address is also the initial contact for legal notices unless applicable law requires another method.
